Sales Consultant

The Role

  • Current role working in Real Estate sales, with a proven track record of earnings and client portfolios.

  • Agent’s representative cert and Current Driver’s License (Preferred)

  • Fluent in speaking English and Mandarin

  • Passion for building client relationships, supported by strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage daily operations via a technology platform, including personal KPI’s and vendor activity.

  • Desire to work in a performance driven environment with exceptional attention to detail to manage the end to end sales process.

  • Collaborate easily with colleagues, leaders, and clients to drive successful outcomes and experience for all.

  • Excellent organisation skills to manage internal and external expectations across the end to end sales process.

  • Working closely with the marketing team to develop new sales strategies and sales channels



Competitive base salary + super & commission.


Business Development Manager

Are you highly driven and motivated by success? An exciting opportunity is now on offer to join one of Melbourne’s leading Real Estate Agency.

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a demonstrated track record in attracting new Landlords while developing an already established rental portfolio.

You will have the support and ongoing training from a Principal, whose major drive is running an exceptional, customer centric Property management department.


The Role

  • Lead Generation, Lead Nurturing, Marketing, The Handover and Agency Integration

  • Prospect for new business through cold calling, networking and relationship building.

  • Conduct comparable market analysis and prepare for attending properties to convert the business.

  • Work closely with the Sales team, Marketing team and prospective potential Investors.

  • Onboard new managements including preparation and execution of management agreements.

  • Assist in readying properties for lease


Skills and Experience

  • Evidence in your application will be your previous experience driving business growth through building effective relationships and developing new partnerships with key clients

  • Experienced in property industry or show great passion for real estate

  • You are highly motivated; results orientated and have an ability to take ownership of business development

  • This position requires superior communication, negotiating skills, high level organisation and time-management skills to balance the demands of meeting agreed and established targets as well as engaging with relevant stakeholders

  • You hold a current VIC Sales registration certificate will be considered priorly
